Michael E. Benedict

Michael E. Benedict received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University and Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo. While a student at U.B., Mr. Benedict was an editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal, and a member of both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group and the Progressive Law Society. Mr. Benedict interned at the New York Attorney Generalís Office, working with the environmental law group. Mr. Benedict was admitted to the New York State Bar in March of 2005, at which time he became associated with the firm.

Mr. Benedict currently is a part of the Niagara County Public Defenders Office. Mr. Benedict also represents clients who have encountered needs for legal representation in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Estates and Estate Planning, and Real Estate.
