F. Gerard Hogan Mr. Hogan is a life-long resident of the Lockport area. He has been engaged in the general practice of law in this area for over 30 years, concentrating in the fields of Real Estate, Matrimonial, Personal Injury, and Corporate Law. He also has been active in the fields of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and the administration of Estates. Mr. Hogan is a member of the Lockport Bar Association (where he served as past President), the Niagara County Bar Association where he is currently a Director, and the Erie County Bar Association.

F. Gerard Hogan graduated from the
University of Notre Dame in 1971, where he
received his Bachelor of Arts Degree. He
received his Juris Doctorate Degree form the
State University of New York at Buffalo, in 1974.
He is licensed to practice before all New York
State Courts as well as the United States
District Court and the United States Bankruptcy
Court, Western District of New York.
