F. Gerard Hogan

F. Gerard Hogan graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1971, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1974. He is licensed to practice before all New York State Courts, as well as the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York.

Mr. Hogan is a life-long resident of the Lockport area. He has been engaged in the general practice of law in this area for over 30 years, concentrating in the fields of Real Estate, Estates, Matrimonial, Personal Injury, and Corporate Law. He has been active in the fields of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and the administration of Estates.

Mr. Hogan is a member of the Lockport Bar Association (where he served as past President), the Niagara County Bar Association (where he is currently a Director), and the Erie County Bar Association.
