Michael J. Norris Michael J. Norris, a lifelong Lockport resident, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Niagara University and Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. Mr. Norris was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2006. Since his admission, Mr. Norris has engaged in general practice and focuses in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Wills and Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Municipal and Election Law. Mr. Norris also serves as Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of Lockport and as Town Prosecutor for the Towns of Hartland and Lockport. Mr. Norris has previously served as a Counsel to State Senator George D. Maziarz. During law school, Mr. Norris served as a Constituent Service Aide to Senator Maziarz in Albany and as a summer Law Clerk for the firm. Before entering law school, Mr. Norris served as a Niagara County Election Commissioner, Chief of Staff to former State Assemblyman David E. Seaman, and intern to City of Lockport Mayors Thomas C. Rotondo, Jr. and Kenneth D. Swan. Mr. Norris is a member of the Niagara County, Erie County and Lockport Bar Associations as well as the Lockport Rotary Club and Lockport Community Television Board of Directors.
