Daniel E. Seaman
Daniel E. Seaman graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1967, where he received his B.A. Degree. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating cum laude in 1971. While at SUNY Buffalo, Mr. Seaman served as Articles Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Seaman was a VISTA Attorney before joining the firm of Seaman and Seaman in 1972. Mr. Seaman is a member of the Lockport, Niagara County and New York State Bar Associations. He was an Assistant Niagara County District Attorney and Assistant Public Defender and served as the Niagara County Public Defender.
In 2000, the current firm was formed when Mr. Seaman merged with Morgan L. Jones, Jr. and F. Gerard Hogan, as well as the retired firm members.
Daniel Seaman’s practice includes real estate, estate planning, elder law, estate administration, business and corporate matters and criminal law. He also represents several municipalities and municipal boards and has an area of concentration in zoning and planning development.
